The Platform provides three distinct experiences: Dating Mode, Social Mode and Business Mode.

By downloading, installing, registering for, accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

​

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

​

I. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

​

The Platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 years and above.

​

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use any feature of the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and that all information provided by you is accurate and complete.

​

You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their authorisation.

​

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.

You must not:

​

• create multiple accounts for deceptive or abusive purposes;

• impersonate another person;

• create an account using false information;

• use another person's account;

• sell, transfer or lease your account; or

• allow a person under 18 to access your account.

​

We reserve the right to verify information provided by users and to suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe that information is false, misleading, fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.

​

II. THE PLATFORM AND ITS THREE MODES

​

The Platform provides different networking experiences.

​

​

Dating Mode

​

Dating Mode allows users to discover and interact with other users through a live, real-time camera-based experience, including live video interactions associated with matching or connecting.

​

You understand that Dating Mode involves real-time interaction with other individuals and that the Company does not guarantee the identity, intentions, conduct, compatibility or suitability of another user.

​

​

Social Mode

​

Social Mode provides static profile-based social networking, allowing users to discover and connect with other users based on interests, hobbies, activities and other profile information.

​

​

Business Mode

​

Business Mode provides professional and business networking, allowing users to discover and connect with founders, entrepreneurs, investors, professionals, companies and other business users.

​

Business Mode may permit users to upload pitch decks, portfolios, résumés, presentations, business plans and other professional materials.

​

The Company provides the technology connecting users and does not guarantee the accuracy, legitimacy, financial position, professional credentials or representations of any user.

​

The Platform is not an investment adviser, financial adviser, broker, employment agency, recruiter, business adviser or professional intermediary unless expressly stated otherwise.

​

III. USER CONDUCT AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

​

You agree to use the Platform lawfully and responsibly.

​

You must not use the Platform to:

​

• harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate or abuse another person;

• impersonate another individual, company or organisation;

• create fraudulent or deceptive profiles;

• engage in scams or fraudulent activity;

• solicit money from other users through deception;

• distribute malware, viruses or malicious software;

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems;

• collect or harvest another user's personal information without lawful authority;

• distribute spam or unsolicited commercial communications;

• upload content that is unlawful or prohibited under applicable law;

• upload sexually explicit content or exploitative material;

• facilitate prostitution or sexual exploitation;

• promote violence or criminal activity;

• use the Platform for unlawful gambling or other prohibited activities;

• upload content that infringes another person's intellectual-property rights;

• manipulate, reverse engineer or interfere with Platform functionality;

• use automated systems, bots or scraping tools without our written permission;

• attempt to circumvent account restrictions or bans;

• use the Platform to conduct unlawful financial or investment schemes; or

• otherwise misuse the Platform or its users.

You are responsible for your conduct and interactions with other users.

​

IV. LIVE VIDEO, CAMERA AND USER INTERACTIONS

​

Dating Mode requires the use of your device camera and, where applicable, microphone.

​

By entering a live interaction, you understand that another participating user may see and hear you in real time.

You must not intentionally use the live-video functionality to:

​

• expose or display another person without their permission;

• display private or confidential information;

• engage in harassment or abuse;

• display unlawful or prohibited material;

• misrepresent your identity;

• record or distribute another user's private interaction without lawful authority; or

• otherwise violate these Terms.

​

The Company may use technical, automated or human moderation systems to detect or investigate violations, fraud, abuse or safety concerns.

​

The Company cannot guarantee that another user will not independently record, photograph or capture a live interaction using another device or technology.

​

You therefore use live-video functionality at your own discretion and should exercise appropriate caution.

​

V. USER CONTENT AND UPLOADED MATERIALS

​

You may upload photographs, profile information, text, documents, pitch decks, portfolios, business materials and other content (“User Content”).

​

You retain ownership of User Content that you own.

​

By uploading User Content, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, limited licence to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display and otherwise use that User Content to the extent reasonably necessary to operate, provide, maintain, secure and improve the Platform.

​

This licence continues for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes and for any limited period thereafter required for backups, security, legal compliance or legitimate business purposes.

​

You represent and warrant that:

​

1. you own or have the necessary rights to upload the User Content;

2. your User Content does not unlawfully infringe another person's rights;

3. you have obtained any permissions required for information concerning third parties;

4. your User Content is not fraudulent or misleading; and

5. your User Content does not violate these Terms or applicable law.

We may remove, restrict or disable access to User Content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, applicable law or the rights of others.

VI. BUSINESS MODE, PITCH DECKS AND PROFESSIONAL INFORMATION

​

Business Mode is intended to facilitate professional networking and introductions.

​

You acknowledge that information uploaded to Business Mode, including pitch decks, portfolios, company information and professional profiles, may be viewed by other users according to the relevant Platform functionality.

​

You are solely responsible for determining what information you choose to disclose.

​

You should not upload confidential information, trade secrets, passwords, financial credentials or other information that you are not authorised to disclose.

​

The Company does not verify every statement, financial claim, business opportunity, investment proposal, professional qualification or representation made by users.

​

Any investment, employment, commercial, partnership or other transaction arising from a connection made through the Platform is solely between the relevant parties.

​

The Company is not responsible for the outcome of such transactions.

​

VII. SAFETY, REPORTING, MODERATION AND ENFORCEMENT

​

We may provide users with tools to report, block or restrict other users and content.

​

We may investigate reports and take action where appropriate.

​

Depending on the circumstances, we may:

​

• remove content;

• restrict visibility;

• suspend an account;

• permanently terminate an account;

• restrict access to particular features;

• prevent the creation of new accounts;

• preserve information where legally required or reasonably necessary; or

• report suspected unlawful activity to appropriate authorities.

​

We may use automated systems and human review to detect spam, fraud, impersonation, prohibited content, abuse and other violations.

​

We do not guarantee that every violation will be detected or prevented.

​

VIII. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

​

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store and share personal information.

​

The Platform may process information including account information, profile information, photographs, location information, device information, usage information and, where Dating Mode is used, camera and microphone data required for live interactions.

​

Your use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the applicable Privacy Policy.

​

The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.

​

​

IX. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

​

The Platform and its contents, excluding User Content, are owned by or licensed to the Company.

This includes, where applicable:

​

• the application;

• software;

• source and object code;

• trademarks;

• logos;

• names;

• graphics;

• interfaces;

• designs;

• text;

• layouts;

• databases;

• algorithms;

• functionality;

• audiovisual elements; and

• other Platform materials.

​

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to use the Platform for your personal or authorised business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

​

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works from the Platform except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

​

You may not use the Company's trademarks, branding or logos without prior written permission.

​

X. END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT

​

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited licence to download, install and use the App on a compatible device that you own or lawfully control.

​

This licence:

​

• is personal to you;

• is non-exclusive;

• is non-transferable;

• is non-sublicensable;

• does not transfer ownership of the App to you; and

• may be terminated if you violate these Terms.

​

You may not:

​

• copy or redistribute the App;

• modify or adapt the App;

• reverse engineer or decompile the App except where permitted by law;

• attempt to extract source code;

• circumvent technical restrictions;

• create derivative applications based on the App;

• use the App to develop a competing service through unauthorised technical means; or

• remove proprietary notices.

​

Where the App is downloaded through an app store, additional terms imposed by that app store may also apply.

​

The Company may release updates, upgrades, security patches or new versions of the App. Certain features may require you to install the latest version.

​

The Company does not guarantee that every version of the App will remain compatible with every device or operating system indefinitely.

​

XI. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

​

The Platform may depend on or integrate with third-party services, including cloud infrastructure, payment processors, communication services, analytics providers, authentication services, mapping services, app stores and other technology providers.

​

Third-party services are governed by their respective terms and policies.

​

The Company is not responsible for the independent operation, availability, security or privacy practices of third-party services.

​

XII. PAYMENTS, SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAID FEATURES

​

The Platform may offer free and paid features, subscriptions, upgrades or other services.

​

Where paid services are introduced, the applicable price, billing period and payment terms will be presented before purchase.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers or app stores.

​

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subscription payments may renew according to the applicable subscription terms.

Any cancellation, refund or renewal rights will be governed by applicable law and the terms displayed at the time of purchase.

​

The Company reserves the right to modify pricing and paid features, subject to applicable law and appropriate notice where required.

​

XIII. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

​

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

​

• the Platform will always be available;

• the Platform will operate without interruption;

• the Platform will be error-free;

• every user is genuine or accurately represented;

• every profile is accurate;

• every match or connection will be suitable;

• live video will always function without technical interruption;

• business information or pitch decks are accurate;

• any investment or business opportunity is legitimate;

• the Platform will meet your individual expectations; or

• the Platform will be completely secure or free from harmful content

The Company does not conduct a guarantee-level background check or investigation of every user unless a particular verification feature expressly states otherwise.

​

You are responsible for exercising reasonable judgment when interacting with other users.

​

XIV. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

​

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform.

This includes, where legally permissible, losses arising from:

​

• interactions with other users;

• user-generated content;

• live video interactions;

• business or investment relationships;

• fraudulent conduct by another user;

• unauthorised conduct of another user;

• loss of data;

• interruption of service;

• technical failures; or

• third-party services.

​

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.

​

XV. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising out of:

​

• your violation of these Terms;

• your violation of applicable law;

• your User Content;

• your infringement of another person's rights;

• your misuse of the Platform;

• fraudulent or unlawful conduct; or

• transactions or relationships entered into with other users.

​

This obligation will not apply to the extent that the relevant claim resulted from the Company's own unlawful conduct or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

​

XVI. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

​

You may stop using the Platform at any time and may delete your account through the available account controls.

We may suspend or terminate your account where we reasonably believe that you:

​

• violated these Terms;

• violated applicable law;

• provided false information;

• engaged in fraud;

• endangered another user;

• abused Platform functionality;

• repeatedly violated Community Guidelines; or

• otherwise created a significant risk to users or the Platform.

​

Where appropriate and legally permissible, we may provide notice before taking action.

​

We may also take immediate action where necessary to protect users, prevent abuse, address security threats or comply with law.

Upon termination, your licence to use the App will immediately cease.

​

Certain provisions concerning intellectual property, User Content, liability, indemnification, disputes and other provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

​

XVII. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

​

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

​

Subject to applicable law, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in India

​

Nothing in this section prevents a user from exercising any mandatory statutory right or remedy available under applicable law

​

XVIII. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

​

We may modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Platform, applicable law, technology, business practices or security requirements.

​

Where material changes are made, we may provide notice through the Platform, email or another appropriate method where required by law.

​

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

​

XIX. GENERAL PROVISIONS

​

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly applicable to particular features, constitute the agreement between you and the Company concerning your use of the Platform.

​

If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

​

Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

​

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

​

The Company may assign or transfer its rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.

USER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

​

By selecting “Create Account,” “Sign Up,” “Continue,” “Accept,” or otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that:

​

1. you are 18 years of age or older;

2. the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge;

3. you have read and agreed to these Terms;

4. you have read the Privacy Policy;

5. you understand that Dating Mode involves live camera and potentially microphone access;

6. you understand that Social Mode and Business Mode use profile-based networking;

7. you understand that Business Mode may involve the sharing of professional information and documents;

8. you will use the Platform lawfully and responsibly; and

9. you accept the End User Licence granted under these Terms.
